About NSTUFormed in the basement of a Bellingham brewery in the spring of 2016, North Sound Chapter #938 is the newest Trout Unlimited chapter in Washington State. North Sound's waters include the saltwaters of Puget Sound and the Straight of Georgia, as well as the incredible freshwater rivers and creeks of the Nooksack and Skagit basins with lots of lakes and creeks in between. We are a rag tag group of anglers, conservationists, small business owners and connoisseurs, and community members who are passionate about restoring and protecting the waterways of the northwest corner of Washington.
